Reconstitution Instructions (Injectable)

1

Remove the Cap

Gently pull off the cap from the peptide vial. Handle the vial carefully to avoid contamination.

2

Sanitize the Vials

Use the alcohol wipes (included in your kit) to thoroughly clean the tops of both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial. This ensures sterile conditions.

3

Draw the Water

Take your syringe, insert the needle into the bacteriostatic water vial, and draw out your desired amount of water for reconstitution.

Tip: The amount of water you use will determine your final concentration. Use our dosage calculator to find the ideal ratio for your research needs.

4

Inject the Water

Slowly inject the water into the peptide vial by pushing the needle through the center of the rubber stopper.

Guide: Use the raised circle on the stopper as your guide. If you encounter resistance, try positioning the needle slightly off-center.

5

Control the Flow

Aim to let the water slide down the side of the vial rather than splash directly onto the powder. This gentle approach helps preserve the peptide integrity.

Caution: Never let the water jet directly onto the powder as this can damage the peptide structure.

6

Dissolve Gently

Gently roll the vial between your fingers to dissolve the contents. The powder should gradually dissolve into a clear solution.

Never shake the vial! Shaking can denature the peptides and reduce their effectiveness.

7

Store Properly

Once fully mixed, store the vial upright in your refrigerator until use. Keep away from direct light.

Storage temperature: 2-8°C (36-46°F)

What's Included in Your Kit

Every vial is a complete kit containing:

Peptide Vial

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sterile vial

Bacteriostatic Water (3ml)

Sterile water for reconstitution

Alcohol Wipes

For sanitizing vial tops

1ml Insulin Needles

For drawing and injecting water

Critical Safety Notice

NEVER re-use a needle. Each needle should only be used once and then disposed of safely in a sharps container.

NEVER share needles. Sharing needles can transmit serious infections and is extremely dangerous.

Always use a fresh, sterile needle for each use to maintain sterility and prevent contamination.

Pro Tips for Best Results

  • Allow the water to reach room temperature before mixing for faster dissolution.

  • If the powder doesn't dissolve immediately, be patient. Continue rolling gently until fully dissolved.

  • Always check the solution is clear before use. Any cloudiness may indicate improper mixing.

  • Label your vial with the date of reconstitution to track freshness.

  • Use our dosage calculator to determine the correct injection volume for your research protocol.
